1. Prescription strength
If all other solutions have not been working, then the final route will have to go through a doctor or medical professional who specializes in allergies and sinuses like an ENT doctor. They will sometimes give you a stronger medicine such as an antibiotic to directly attack the infection or bacteria.
2. Sinuplasty
This is a minimally invasive procedure that will be performed under local anesthesia and will be performed by an ENT surgeon who will place a catheter up your nose and into your sinuses and will inflate a “balloon” to forcibly open up your sinuses that will allow them to drain all the fluid that has been congesting your sinuses.
