1. Check Pollen Counts Daily

  • Use apps like Weather.com or Pollen.com to track high-pollen days.
  • Stay indoors when counts are highest (usually mornings & windy days).

2. Use a HEPA Air Purifier

  • Place one in your bedroom and main living area to trap allergens.
  • The more purifiers in your living area, the better.

3. Start Allergy Meds Early

  • Don’t wait for symptoms—begin antihistamines or nasal sprays 1–2 weeks before allergy season peaks.
